Balochistan School Education Department Schedules DPC Meeting for Superintendent and APS Promotions-Notification

Subject:           MEETING OF THE DEPARTMENTAL PROMOTION COMMITTEE DPC-I FOR PROMOTION FROM ACTING SUPERINTENDENT (B-17) TO REGULAR SUPERINTENDENT (B-17)/ ASSISTANT (B-16) TO REGULAR SUPERINTENDENT (B-17) SENIOR CLERK (B-14) TO ASSISTANT PRIVATE SECRETARY (B-16)/STENOGRAPHER (B-14) TO ASSISTANT PRIVATE SECRETARY (B-16).

The undersigned is directed to refer to your letter No.A-142/ 4740/E.B(M) dated 10^th September, 2024, on the subject noted above and to state that as decided in the meeting of Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC-1) for promotion of Acting superintendent(B-17) to Regular Superintendent (B-17)/ Assistant (B-16) to Regular Superintendent (B-17) Senior Clerk (B-14) to Assistant Private Secretary (B-16)/Stenographer (B-14) to Assistant Private Secretary (B-16).

2.                     In this regard, a meeting of Departmental Promotion Committee will be held on 09^th October, 2024, in the office of Additional Secretory (Admin) School Education Department Balochistan, Quetta and unanimously decided that the Director of Education (S) Balochistan, Quetta is directed to prepared the final seniority list of Acting Superintendent, Assistant, Senior Clerk and Stenographer for further finalize of promotion cases subject noted above accordingly.
