Biometric Attendance Scrutiny: Sindh College Education Department Targets Absconders and Absentees-Notification

SUBJECT:     MONITORING OF BIOMETRIC ATTENDANCE OF STAFF

I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to request you to monitor the online biometric attendance of following number of colleges to identify any discrepancies, including but not limited to absconders, habitual absentees and staff members who are not enrolled in the biometric system.

1. Karachi Region: 5 random colleges
2. Hyderabad Region: 3 random colleges
3. Sukkur Region: 2 random colleges
4. Larkano Region: 2 random colleges
5. Shaheed Bcnazirabad Region: 2 random colleges
6. Mirpurkhas Region: 2 random colleges.

You are further directed to verify the biometric attendance with the employees posted at the respective colleges, cross-check with the college muster roll and the payroll of Accountant General’s office. This daily monitoring of morning and evening shift colleges may be completed and report may be submitted to this office daily in PDF file by 3:00 PM positively on the following format.
