NOTIFICATION

F. No. 2(16)CF-IV/2024/56- The Finance Secretary has been pleased to constitute a Committee on State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) to look into matters relating to determination of legal status of Federal Government entities in terms of applicability of SOEs Act 2023

2.         The composition of the Committee will be as under:

i. AFS (CF) / JS (CF-I) Finance Division Chairman

ii. Director General (CMU), Finance Division Member

iii. Mr. Hassan Mehmood, Legislative Advisor (MP-II), Law and Justice Division Member

iv. Mr. Mubasher Saeed Saddozai, Executive Director, SECP                                    Member

3.           Ministries/Division may refer questions/queries relating to applicability of SOEs Act 2023 on any entity, to the aforesaid Committee.
