Subject:- CLARIFICATION REGARDING E-TRANSFER OF TEACHING CADRE ISSUED THROUGH SIS.
In continuation of this Directorate letter No. PA / DIR (A&G) 3105 dated 22-06-2022 the subject cited above.
2. Govt. of the Punjab, School Education Department has initiated digital intervention in School Education Department like e-transfer, e-leave, e-promotion and pension etc. The applicants can apply for transfer through online system and get their transfer order with QR code. A direction has also been placed at the bottom of the letter that “This is a computer generated order and does not require signatures.”
3. The system generated e-Transfer orders through SIS can be verified by the Heads, supervisory staff, Dy. DEO, DEO and CEO through SIS portal and also through QR code. On the top of e-transfer orders QR code is always available and through this QR code verification of order can be made.
4. Therefore, it is again requested that all the District Accounts Officers, in the Punjab may please be advised to process the release of salaries after verification of e-transfer order through QR code instead of demanding signed copy of the order.
5. An early action is required in this regard.
