SUBJECT:-MINUTES OF MEETING REGARDING ANTI-DENGUE MEASURES/ ISSUES FIELD WITH ANTI-DENGUE FOCAL PERSONS

Participants:

  1. Anti-Dengue focal persons of District Education Authorities in Punjab.
  2. Anti-Dengue focal persons of attached departments.
  3. Director (Monitoring), School Education Department.
  4. Mr. JunaidShahid (Programme Manager), Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB).

The meeting commenced with recitation of Holy Quran, followed by the chair extending a welcome to all participants. The chair directed the participants to implement anti-dengue SOPS in all schools in fetter and spirit. He stated that our objective is to guarantee a hygienic and dengue-free environment within all schools.

2. Director (Monitoring) provided an overview of the meeting’s agenda and emphasized various topics. The representative of PITS also addressed queries of the focal persons.

3. Following decisions were made during meeting.

6Dengue Vigilance Reports (DVRs) resolution  The chair emphasized the importance of maintaining a high level of alertness regarding Dengue Vigilance Reports (DVRs) and their prompt resolution. 4. The meeting ended with a vote of thanks to the Chair.
