Subject: INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING RECRUITMENT/APPOINTMENT UNDER DECEASED. MEDICAL AND RETIRED SON’S QUOTA
Dear Sir,
I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that the Hon’ble Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa In his letter dated 03-07-2024 stated “for fresh/new recruitments In all Government Departments/Autonomous Bodies in the Province, Including project/ contract posts shall not be started without prior approval/concurrence from Finance Department. In addition, all those recruitment cases where advertisements have already been floated will be completed at the earliest as per due processes”.
2. It is therefore, requested to tender your opinion/guidance/comments that as to whether the abovesaid directions/Instructions of the Honble Chief Minister is applied for recruitment/ appointment under deceased, medical & retired son’s quota which is 100% & 25% respectively or otherwise, please.
