Reconstitution of Departmental Promotion Committee for BS-16 and BS-17 Officers in Sindh – Notification

NOTIFICATION

NO:SOV(SGA&CD)7-1/2024: In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of Rule-5 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1974 and in consultation with Implementation & Coordination Wing of the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department, Government of Sindh, and in supersession of this Department’s Notification No.SOV(SGA&CD)7-1/2023 dated 9^th August, 2023, the Departmental Promotion Committee for considering the promotion cases of Superintendents (BS-17) / Private Secretaries (BS-17) and Mukhtiarkars (BS-16) to BS-17 in PMS / Ex-PCS / PSS Cadre, is hereby constituted / re-constituted, with the following composition:-

1. Chief Secretary, Sindh                                                              Chairman
2. Senior Member, Board of Revenue, Sindh                                Member
3. Chairman, Planning and Development Board, Planning & Development Department, Government of Sindh Member
4. Secretary (Services), Services, General Administration & Coordination Department, Government of Sindh Member
5. Additional Secretary (Services-I), Services, General                Member/Secretary Administration & Coordination Department, Government of Sindh
