SUBJECT: BAN ON SALE AND PURCHASE OF ILLEGAL PORTIONS AND EXTRA FLOORS
It is with reference to the meeting held on 18-09-24 at Deputy Commissioner Office Central Karachi with the registered Real Estate Associations representatives regarding the subject matter. Wherein, theundersigned highlighted the menace of illegal constructions and its repercussions on the society. Moreover, the undersigned demanded cooperation from your side in eradicating this nuisance completely.
This letter serves as a reminder that the sale and purchase of illegal portions and extra floors are strictly prohibited. Engaging In such activities puts Innocent Investors’ Investments at risk and destroy the very fabric of the society, hence, engaging In matters regarding subject matter will be met with legal action.
You all are requested to sensitize the subject matter and inform members about the ban. It is important that legitimacy of property is verified before engaging in property matter, not only this, you all are also requested to report suspected violations to this office.
