Subject: MEETING REGARDING DISTRICT/PROVINCIAL SCHOOLS SPORTS TOURNAMENT. (MALE & FEMALE) FOR THE YEAR T024
I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to slate that a meeting regarding the District/Provisional Schools Sports Tournament (Male & Female) for the year 2024 is schedule to be held on 04-09-2024 10:00 AM at Govt. Shaheed Hasnain Sharif Higher Secondary School No. 1 Peshawar City.
In this regard it is reverently to mention here that sports tournament is not just an opportunity for healthy competition, it also serves as a platform to foster teamwork, and physical fitness among our students. As education leaders, your Insights and suggestions are invaluable in shaping the tournament’s structure, ensuring fair ploy, merit and enhancing the overall experience for students alike.
During our meeting, we aim to discuss the following key points:
- Facilities: How can we optimize the use of existing facilities? Are there any additional resources we need to consider? Let’s brainstorm ways to create a seamless experience for all the students, teachers involved.
- Promotion and Participation: Ideas for promoting the tournament within schools and the wider community are crucial. Let’s discuss strategies to encourage maximum student participation M the upcoming district/divisional and Provincial sports tournament (M/F)
- Inclusivity: How can we ensure that students (M/F) of oil abilities feel welcome and hove opportunities on merit to participate in the games/co curricular activities in the upcoming school’s sports tournament 2024?
- Safety Measures: safety protocols are paramount. Let’s also devise a comprehensive plan to protect students/participants in the tournament.
In this regard your good-self is requested to attend the meeting along with ADO Sports and General Secretary Sports/Deputy General Secretary Sports of your respective districts on schedule date and time positively, please.
