Subject :-       BAN ON EVENTS IN PUBLIC GROUNDS AND PARKS

                              WHEREAS, the proper use, maintenance, and preservation of public grounds and parks are essential to ensuring that these spaces remain safe, accessible, and enjoyable for all members of the community;

WHEREAS, large gatherings, events, and activities within public parks and grounds, when unregulated, can lead to overcrowding, environmental degradation, security concerns, and disruptions to the peace and quiet enjoyment of such spaces by the public;

WHEREAS, it is imperative to preserve the natural beauty and ecological integrity of public parks while ensuring that the spaces continue to serve as refuges for relaxation, recreation, and public well-being;

NOW, THEREFORE, effective immediately, no public or private event shall be permitted to take place on any public grounds or park under the jurisdiction of District Hyderabad except as specifically authorized by the relevant administrative or regulatory authorities.
