OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: FURTHER LIBERALIZATION OF LIBERALIZED PENSION RULES FOR CIVIL SERVANTS – FAMILY PENSION.
The undersigned is directed to refer to Para 8(1) of Finance Division’s O. M. No. F. 1 (13)-Reg.6/83 dated the 23.10.1983 on the above subject and to convey the sanction of the President for increase in the rate of family pension from 50% to 75% of Gross or Net Pension, as the case may be, with effect from 01.07.2010.
2. No arrears on any part of increase in gross or net pension being allowed through this O.M. will be admissible, in the cases of family pension pertaining to the period prior to 01.07.2010.
