Subject:           IMPOSITION OF BAN ON AERIAL FIRING ON THE OCCASION OF EID-UL-FITR.

Dear Sir,

I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to convey that the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has directed to impose complete ban on display of weapons/aerial firing on the occasion of Chand Raat/ Eid-ul-Fitr in order to safeguard the lives of citizens and to prevent any untoward law & order situation across the province. In case of any violation in this regard strict action shall be taken against the violators.

Necessary action in the matter shall be taken accordingly.
