Subject: POLICY FOR GRANT OF TIME SCALE TO CIVIL SERVANTS TO BPS-01 TO BPS-16 OF ALL CIVIL SERVANTS OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT
I am directed to refer to NCHD’s letter No.5-2(7)/Pay/2016-HR dated 12th March, 2024 on the above noted subject and to state that after examination the case and it has been found that according to NCHD (Service) Regulation 2017 vide Notification dated 26.07.2021, following is the composition of DPC/DSC for employees in (BS-16) whereas the appointing authority for BS-17 is Secretary, M/o FEPT as mentioned in schedule-V (copy enclosed):-
