Subject:           ENHANCMENT OF MACHINE READABLE PASSPORT FEE UNDER “FAST TRACK” CATEGORY”

I am directed to refer to the subject mentioned above, and to say that it has been decided by the Government of Pakistan to enhance Passport fee in Fast Track Category w.e.f. 08.05.2024 prescribed as under:-

2.   All Passport issuing authorities at home are advised to follow the passport fee structure strictly as per laid down instructions:-

1. The enhanced passport fee will be realized we.f. 08-05-2024.
2. All Passport applications made on or after 08-05.2024 will be admitted against the enhanced Fast Track Passport Fee. In cases, where the fee was deposited before 08.05-2024 at old rates and Passport application is made on or after 08.05.2024, the difference will invariably be realized and Passport applications be entertained only on realization of the Passport Fee on the enhanced rates.

3. This issues with the approval of Director General, Immigration & Passports (Hqrs).
