Processing of Financial Assistance, Leave Encashment, and Honorarium Claims by Office of the Accountant General Punjab-Notification

SUBJECT:             PROCESSING OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE LEAVE ENCASHMENT AND HONORARIUM CLAIMS

During the closing of Financial Year 2023-24 and processing of payrolls (regular and off-cycle) early because of Eid-ul-Azha, No. of changes of Leave Encashment, Financial Assistance and Honorarium are lying pending in payrolls and CDGLs sections. Accountant General Punjab, considering the situations, has been pleased to authorized Additional Accountant General (Payrolls) to analyze such claims to process manually on case to case basis ensuring that the payment will be processed.

1. The vendor concerned
2. Availability of budget in the relevant head of account and considering all other codal formalities.

2.            It is therefore, directed to submit pending claims to the Deputy Accountant General (PRs) concerned for onward approval from Additional Accountant General (Payrolls) till 27^th June, 2024.
