CIRCULAR

No. SO (Admin)-5(1)/2023, with reference to Office Memorandum Home & Prison Department Gilgit Baltistan OM No.SOH(FSC)-9/20126 (NGO) dated 5^th December, 2016 and in pursuance of Stock Society Registration Act, 1860 and Voluntarily Social Welfare Agency clause No. 10 Sub-clause (2) the Secretary Social Welfare/ Registrar of the NGOs Gilgit Baltistan has been pleased to direct all the head of NGOs / Societies to submit the annual Audit and Progress Report within 20 days at the Office of Secretary Social Welfare/ Registrar NGOs Gilgit Baltistan.

Therefore, if any NGOs / Societies failed to submit the Annual Audit and Progress Report by the stipulated time, the legal action will be initiated.
