CIRCULAR
It is observed with sheer concern that consumption of gutka/manpuri is being made by some of the employees of the Finance Department within the office premises, which is a serious violation of office decorum and discipline.
2.        Effective immediately, the consumption of gutka/manpuri, or any similar substances within the office including common areas and workspaces, is strictly prohibited/banned without any kind of relaxation.
3.          All employees are therefore, strictly directed to comply with the instructions to regain the desired standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the premises of Finance Department and the cases of such delinquent employee(s) will be processed under E&D rules -1973.
