SUBJECT: TRANSFER OF MANAGEMENT OF FEDERAL LODGES FROM PAK PWD TO ESTATE OFFICE.
Kindly refer to M/o Housing and Works Memorandum No.F.12(26)/2012-Policy dated 04-07-2024 and this office letter of even No. dated 08-07-2024. The Assistant Comptroller/Care taker concerned is directed to kindly relieve the officers/officials of Federal Lodges / Hostels as per NIS for the year 2024-25 forthwith to enable them to submit their joining report at the Estate Offices concerned.
2. It is further directed that Personnel Files, LPCs, and Service Books of the officials along with detail f posting / transfer at Federal Lodges / Hostels as per NIS may be furnished to this office on priority basis and to kindly note that all the staff transferred to Estate Offices shall undertook biometric verification to enable this office to process their cases for activation of their salaries through AGPR.
3. The Officers In-Charge at the Estate Offices at respective stations shall take necessary steps for smooth disposals of day to day business of Federal Lodges / Hostels and handle the services matter of the employees of Federal Lodges / Hostels forthwith.
