Subject:           PARENT TEACHER MEETING (P.T.M)

Memo,

            Reference meeting with Honorable Secretary Element, and Secondary Education dated 09-09-2024 and the subsequent meeting held with SDEOS/ASDEOs dated 13-09-2024 at the Office of the undersigned, it has been decided in the above referred meeting that Parent Teacher Meetings (PTM) shall be held on last working day of each month with the following guidelines:-

1. Meaningful PTM shall be held inviting all the parents with complete protocol and honor.
2. Parents should be given due importance with utmost respect on the occasion of PT.M, So
       that they may feel free to discuss their children’s issues related to education.
3. The PTM meeting should not be taken as a formality but it should be conducted with some fruitful results.
4. PTM should not be confined with PTC meeting. The latter may be conducted as per already notified procedure and practice.
5. Provide Pictorial/Audio/Video evidence of P.T.M and also maintains complete record.
6. Merge Bazam-e-Adab with PTM:
7. Invite the notables of community as Chief Guest.
