Subject: CONSTITUTION OF A HIGH-POWERED INVESTIGATION COMMITTEE
Apropos the subject, the Chief Minister has constituted a high-powered committee to investigate the reported incident of rape crime at the Punjab College for Women, 43 & 44-A Bbck-E-1. Gulberg-3 Lahore, comprising of the following:

- The Terms of Reference (ToR) of the Committee are as follows:
- To gather facts, collect evidence and record any statements relating to the reported rape case of a student by the Security Guard /Staff of the Punjab College for Women, 43 &.44-A Block.E-1. Gulberg-3, Lahore.
- To ascertain the appropriateness of the response of the College Management after the issue came to fore.
- To gauge the response of Police in dealing with the situation.
- To provide assistance and ensure justice to the victim of the incident, if any.
- Any other findings/recommendations which the committee may deem relevant.
3. The committee shall submit its report along with findings to the Chief Minister within 48 hours.
