Balochistan Government to Review and Enhance Health Professional Allowances–Notification:
The Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Balochistan, has issued a directive addressing the enhancement of allowances for various categories of health professionals. This initiative reflects the Government’s recognition of the critical role played by healthcare professionals in ensuring public health and well-being. The Hon’ble Chief Minister has expressed a desire for a detailed and comprehensive proposal to be submitted for approval, focusing on Health Professional Allowances, Risk Allowances for diverse staff categories, and a comparison of Teaching Allowance with Health Professional Allowance for teaching faculty. Additionally, an increase in stipends for House Officers and Postgraduate trainees is to be considered. Notification Describes;

The Hon’ble Chief Minister has desired for submission of comprehensive case for the consideration and approval of Hon’ble Chief Minister / Cabinet regarding the consideration of increase of allowances of categories of Health Professional Allowance, Risk Allowance for Paramedical, Ministerial Staff, Nurses, Pharmacists and Doctors along with looking into Teaching Allowance vs HPA for teaching faculty and Increase in stipend of House Officers and Post Graduate.
