NOTIFICATION
Pursuant to the letter No. F. 40 (44)/2023.A.VIII dated 02.02.2024 of Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of Pakistan, the Hon’ble Chief Justice has been pleased to designate all the Courts of Sessions in Sindh as Electricity Utilities Courts to take cognizance of an offence under Section 462G (a), Chapter XVII B of Pakistan Penal Code, with immediate effect and till further orders.
