Accountant General KPK Approves PLA Extension for TMAs: Compliance with Monthly Reconciliation and Audit Required-Notification

SUBJECT:     NOC FOR EXTENSION IN THE EXISTING PLAs FOR TEHSIL MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION (TMAs) IN KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA.

I am directed to refer your office letter No. 6-11/(F/L)FD/2024/PLA dated 15.07.2024 on the subject above and to convey that the worthy Accountant General, KP has been pleased to entertain the request of NOC for extension in existing PLAs for the subject TMAs in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa upto 30.09.2024 on provisional basis in the best public interest.

1. This extension is purely for Pension, Salaries and other Operational expenses (Non Developmental) only.
2. Monthly reconciled accounts (both expenditure & receipts) of each TMA shall he submitted by 10^th of every month to this office.
3. The expenditure and receipts shall be subject to Audit by the office of Auditor General of Pakistan
