Subject: IMMEDIATE DISPLAY OF MERIT LIST RECEIVED FROM SARDAR BAHADUR KHAN WOMEN UNIVERSITY QUETTA BALOCHISTAN FOR APPOINTMENT OF TEACHING STAFF.
Refer to the directions received from the competent authority, Secretary School Education Department Govt: of Balochistan on 3rd September, 2024 to the undersigned on subject caption above, you are hereby directed to display the merit list of the successful candidates received from the Sardar Bahadur Khan Women University Quetta for appointment of teaching staff immediately from 3rd September, 2024 accordingly.
- All the candidates should be informed/directed that they have until 19th September 2024 to submit any complaints in writing directly to your office. Please ensure that this information is communicated effectively to all concerned candidates.
- From 20th September to 04th October 2024, the District Recruitment Committee (including Deputy Commissioner, District Account Officer, and District Education Officer) shall thoroughly scrutinize the merit list received from Sardar Bahadur Khan Women University and entertaining the genuine complaints submitted by the candidates. Based on this scrutiny, the final merit hot shall be prepared before 04th October, 2024.
