Balochistan Health Department Issues Strict Notice on Unauthorized Leaves:
The Government of Balochistan Health Department has issued a strict circular addressing the unauthorized absence of District Health Officers (DHOs) and Medical Superintendents (MSs) from their assigned stations. This practice has been found to disrupt healthcare services across the province, creating inefficiencies in patient care and administrative duties.
The circular emphasizes that leaving the station without prior approval from the Health Department or the concerned Deputy Commissioner is considered unprofessional and unacceptable. Moving forward, any violation of these instructions will result in disciplinary action.

It has been noticed with great concern that District Health Officers and Medical Superintendents leave their stations without prior intimation to the Health Department / concerned Deputy Commissioner, which not only reflects upon the unprofessional state of affairs in the District Health Offices, but also affects the delivery of healthcare services inversely.
2.                    Such unprofessional and indiscipined approach at work is not acceptable and will not be tolerated henceforth — warranting disciplinary action in case of violation.
