All Directors of Education (Colleges) across Punjab are strictly directed to submit complete promotion cases by 12^th May 2025, including:
✔ Original PERs (2024)
✔ Quantification charts (10 copies)
✔ No Enquiry/Demand/Punishment certificates
✔ Last 3 years’ academic results (verified)
✔ Mandatory training certificates
✔ Service record (BS-17 to BS-19)

SUBJECT:             SUBMISSION OF PERs/PROMOTION CASES OF ASSOCIATE PROFESSORS (BS-19) TO THE RANK OF PROFESSORS) (BS-20) GENERAL CADRE (MALE SECTION)

Kindly refer to the subject cited above

                              You are directed to provide the original PERs for the year 2024 alongwith relevant documents/quantification chart, fresh No Enquiry, No Demand, No Audit Para, No Punishment certificates, LP.R. status and last three years results compared with Board/University in respect of Associate Professors (BS-19) Male from Seniority No. 01/G to 112/G according to the Seniority list of Associate Professors (BS-19) General Cadre (Male Section) as it stood 10-11-2024.

.                             The promotion cases of Associate Professors (BS-19) Male are required for the scrutiny purpose from Seniority No. 113/G to 160/G. The said cases may please be prepared and submit to this office till 12-05-2025 positively. The promotion cases complete in all respect alongwith the following documents must be reached within stipulated period through the dealing Assistant:

1. Original CR/Dossier upto 2024.
2. Quantification Chart upto 2024 (10 copies).
3. Synopsis of PERs upto 2024 (10 copies).
4. Copy of CNIC (05 copies).
5. No enquiry, No demand, No punishment, No adverse remarks, No Audit Para certificates duly countersigned by the concerned D.D.C /D.E.C.
6. Last three years results duly compared with Board/University duly countersigned by the concerned D.D.C/D.E.C.
7. Mandatory Promotion Linked Training Certificates/Results.
8. Promotion order/joining report as Lecturer BS-17 (regular), Assistant Professor (BS-18) and Associate Professor (BS-19).

This may be dealt with on top priority basis within stipulated period.
