No, SO (POLICY)/E&AD/1-3/2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 26 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants Act, 1973 (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Act No. XVIII of 1973), the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is pleased to direct that in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and transfer) Rules, 1989, the following further amendment shall he made namely.

AMENDMENT

In rule 9, in sub-rule (1), in the proviso for the word “three, the word ^“one” shall be substituted.
