Sub:- DEDUCTION OF HOUSE RENT ALLOWANCE.
                             Kindly refer to the subject cited above & find enclosed herewith the list of government employees who have been allotted government quarters.
2.                   It is stated that the undersigned has noticed with great concern that government quarters have been allotted to government employees of district Kohlu but contrary to the allotment rules & regulations, house rent is not being deducted from these employees, which is a violation of the existing rules.
3.                    In this context, it is advised to deduct the house rent of the employees of your respective department mentioned in annexed list from the date of allotment & submit the compliance report within 07 days, positively.
