SUBJECT: BLOCKING OF ID’S AND DISCIPLINARY ACTION AGAINST 6,342 ABSCONDERS.
I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and inform that the Honourable Minister for Education & Literacy Department, Sindh has been pleased to constitute a committee headed by respective Chief Monitoring Officers and has passed the following directions, reproduced as under (copy of original note sheet attached);
Before blocking the lD’s all absconders may he issued a notice by the concerned District Education Officer to physically appear before the committee headed by respective Chief Monitoring Officer alongwith concerned District Education Officer and Taluka Education Officer in three (03) days. Subject to failure, the ID’s may be blocked and major penalty may be imposed”.
In view of the directions of the Honourable Minister, you are directed to act as desired without fail and submit report to this office on 12th of August 2024.
This may be treated as ‘TOP PRIORITY–.
