E-Transfer Applications on Compassionate Grounds Open in Punjab Schools–Apply by 7th June 2025

Punjab Teachers Alert: E-Transfer Applications Now Open on Compassionate Grounds – Official DEA Rahim Yar Khan Notice:

The District Education Authority (DEA) Rahim Yar Khan has issued an important Government Notification regarding the submission of files for e-Transfer on compassionate grounds. This directive is aimed at creating awareness among teaching staff across all levels—elementary, primary, and secondary—especially among those facing genuine hardships.

According to the official circular (No. CEO/DEA/RYK 3464), the e-Transfer facility is now available for teachers under specific hardship categories, including Divorced, Widowed, Khula, Differently Abled, Medical, Wedlock, Circumstantial Single Parent, and Female Teachers seeking transfer after marriage. This is part of the Punjab Transfer Policy 2024 under Schedule A & B, which outlines the required documentation and criteria for each case.

Teachers must submit their complete files before 7^th June 2025, and the DEA has directed that awareness be raised through all social media groups. Please find notification:

                        I am further directed to share you that intimate the lower formation and teachers in all social media groups for the awareness regarding submission of files for e-Transfer on Hardship / Compassionate Grounds including the following categories:

1. Divorced/Widow / Khula

2. Differently Abled

3. Medical

4. Wedlock

5. Circumstantial Single Parent

6. Transfer of Female Teacher upon her marriage.                        

In view of the above categories the last date of submission of applications is 07^th June, 2025, for submission of according to provided Check List/Performa as mentioned in the Transfer Policy 2024 Schedule B and for medical category schedule A (Attached).
