Federal Government Announces Special Office Timings for Ramazan 2025:

The Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat, Establishment Division has officially released the Ramazan office timings for federal government offices across the country. These timings will be applicable during the holy month of Ramazan 1446 Hijri, ensuring a more convenient work schedule for employees while accommodating religious observances.

As per the latest government notification, the working hours for 5-day workweek offices and 6-day workweek offices have been adjusted. Monday to Thursday, federal offices will function from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, while on Fridays, the closing time will be 12:30 PM. Similarly, offices operating on a 6-day workweek will have adjusted schedules, with work hours from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, except on Fridays.

This announcement is crucial for government employees, businesses, and citizens who rely on public sector services. The modified timings aim to ensure work-life balance, allowing employees to fulfill their professional duties while also engaging in religious activities during the holy month of Ramazan.

                              Kindly refer to this office even letter No. dated 15th January, 2025 regarding subject matter wherein it was requested that all the dengue hotspots must be updated on dengue dashboard but it has been observed that some districts did not update dengue hotspots so far. The competent authority showed serious concern over non-compliance of the directions.
