No. LG/AD/CRVS/CRMS/1776: In pursuance of the decision of the Cabinet dated 14th September-2024, issued vide No. SOVI(SGA&CD)/7(32)/2024, dated 23rd September-2024 regarding fee waiver of the registration/ certification of births. Local Government, Housing and Town Planning Department, hereby notifies fee waiver of registration! certification of births upto five years of age in Union Councils/Union Committees, Municipal Committees/ Town Committees, all across the Province of Sindh.
