In pursuance or minutes of 286^th/36^th meeting of BOD FESCO held on 15.07.2024, vide Resolution-286-BOD-R9, conveyed vide Company Secretary FESCO No. 3750/Secy/P-2 dated 19.07.2024, approval is hereby conveyed, as under: –
