Finance Department Punjab Sanctions Re-appropriation of Rs.244 Million for College Teachers Interns (CTIs) Under Higher Education-Notification

SUBJECT:- RE-APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS

Will the Section Officer (B&F), Higher Education Department, kindly refer to his letter No.SO(B&F)4-22/21-22(P-II) dated 05-08-2024 on the subject noted above?

2.In order to meet the excess expenditure of Rs.244,074,000/- (Rupees Two Hundred Forty-Four Million and Seventy-Four Thousand Only) during the current financial year 2024-25 the following re-appropriation is hereby sanctioned within Grant No. PC21015-Education. The reasons for excesses may. kindly be communicated to the Audit Officer direct under
intimation to this department.

The expenditure against above re-appropriation is subject to strict financial discipline and fulfillment of all codal, legal and procedural formalities, in prescribed manner.
