Government of Punjab Announced Public Holiday on 1st April 2024 (Monday) on account of the “Day after Easter” only for Christian Community throughout the province of the Punjab

NOTIFICATION

No. SOW-I(S&GAD)1-3/2008(P-IV): In pursuance of decision taken in the 4^th meeting of the Punjab Cabinet dated 26.03.2024 and notification of this office of even No. dated 26.12.2023 specifying Public and Optional Holidays for the year 2024, it is notified for general information that a Public Holiday shall be observed on 1^st April 2024 (Monday) on account of the “Day after Easter” only for Christian Community throughout the province of the Punjab.

2. The above Notification may be published in all major English and Urdu Dailies both at National and Regional levels, and also be given wide publicity through electronic media.
