I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to enclose herewith a copy of letter No. F-15/11/2024-Z&C dated 30.08.2024 alongwith Working Paper and copy of minutes dated 30.09.2024 received from Ministry of Kashmir Affairs & Gilgit-Baltistan, Islamabad.
2.                   I am further directed to request that the following activities / programs shall be carried out by your respective Offices / Departments / Organizations as per direction of the Competent Authority as well as Federal Government contained in Para-2(10), (12) & General Decisions of minutes ibid read with Para-1 (D) (G) & (3) of Working Paper ibid, to highlight the Indian atrocities and plight of Kashmiris in Indian Occupied Jammu & Kashmir:-
