Subject: CLARIFICATION REGARDING TEACHER EDUCATION ROADMAP
Reference to the queries asked vide your letter dated September 02, 2024 on subject cited above, the clarifications are detailed below:
- The Teacher Education Roadmap is applicable on all the degrees mentioned in clause (3) of the issued roadmap, irrespective their date of issuance.
- The statement is Incorrect. Candidates with B.Ed 1.5 year after 16 years qualification are eligible for admission in MS Education without any requirement of deficiency courses as mentioned in the roadmap.
- B.Ed 1.5 year program after 16 years of qualification fulfills the requirement of M.Ed program (now defunct), and are therefore equivalent.
