Hiring of 7354 CTIs Scrutiny Committees Formed in Punjab’s Public Colleges – Notification

NOTIFICATION

SO (CE-VI) 8-1/2016 (P). Pursuant to the approval of the hiring of 7354 College Teaching Interns (CTIs) by the Provincial Cabinet in Public Sector Colleges of the Punjab; the Competent Authority is hereby pleased to notify the following Scrutiny Committee; with same composition in all the Public Sector Colleges of the Punjab; to look into the applications received through online portal:-

• Principal of the College                                                       Convener
• Two Senior Most Faculty Members of the College                        Members

TORs of the Committee: –

The TORs of the Committee are as under: –

1. The Committee shall verify the documents/ credentials of each candidate vis-a-vis the marks calculation based on the same; reflected on the Portal for CTIs.
2. The Committee shall verify the documents attached with the application on the Portal.
3. The Committee shall record minutes of the meeting in case there is any discrepancy regarding marks calculation with reasons/ justifications to be recorded.
4. The Committee shall complete the task assigned w.e.f 10.10.2024 to 12.10.2024.
5. The Committee shall submit their minutes of meeting in the office of Deputy Director of Colleges concerned.
