Subject:           INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING FRESH RECRUITMENTS IN GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS /AUTONOMOUS BODIES

Dear Sir,

I am directed to refer to your letter No. SO(B&A)/1-15/SNE/2024 dated 02-08-2024 on the subject noted above and to convey No Objection Certification (NoC) of Finance Department in respect of requests received from District Education Officers (Male / Female) D.I Khan for recruitment / appointment under open merit and deceased, medical & retired sons quota, during current financial year 2024-25, subject to fulfillment of all codal formalities and applicable laws.

02.    I am, Rather direct. to state that total sanction posts under relevant Cost Centre / DDO Code must be ensured and no appointment be made over above against the vacant as well as against dying cadre posts, please.
