KPK Education Department Issues Strict Exam Duty Compliance Notification:
The Directorate of Elementary & Secondary Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has issued a strict directive regarding exam duty compliance. As per the latest official notification, refusal to perform exam duty will now be considered misconduct, following the instructions of the Chief Secretary, KPK.
This notification mandates that all teachers and education staff must comply with exam duty assignments across districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Any refusal to perform assigned duties will result in disciplinary action. Additionally, District Education Officers (DEOs) have been instructed to ensure the implementation of this directive and submit compliance reports. SUBJECT: COMPLIANCE WITH EXAM DUTY REGULATIONS
Memo:
I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to state that, as per the directions of the worthy Chief Secretary, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, refusal to perform exam duty is not permitted and shall be considered misconduct. In light of this, you are requested to ensure strict compliance with these directives.
Furthermore, an official notification be circulated within your respective districts, emphasizing that exam duty is mandatory and that any refusal will be treated accordingly. In addition to the above, you are requested to submit a compliance report at the earliest for onward submission to the quarter concerned.
