Academic Year 2025-26: Free Textbooks Distribution Schedule for KPK Schools:
The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Elementary & Secondary Education Department has officially announced the distribution schedule of free textbooks for the academic year 2025-26. This initiative is part of the government’s commitment to ensuring free education for all students across the province, from primary to intermediate levels.
According to the notification (No. PFTB/E&SED/Books/2024-25, dated February 18, 2025), all District Education Officers (Male & Female) must collect the required textbooks from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Textbook Board’s warehouse at Industrial Estate Hayatabad, Peshawar on their scheduled dates. The distribution process will follow the decisions of the Provincial Cabinet meeting held on January 26, 2024.

SUBJECT: DISTRIBUTION SCHEDULE OF FREE TEXTBOOKS TO ALL DISTRICTS OF KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2025-26.
Kindly refer to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Textbook Board letter No. SW/free textbooks/2025-26 dated 17-02-2025 on the subject noted above and herewith distribution schedule of Textbooks for the academic year 2025-26.
It is, therefore, stated to approach the Incharge of warehouse of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Textbook Board located at Industrial Estate Hayatabad, Peshawar on scheduled date for collection of Demanded Textbooks for the academic year 2025-26. For any query contact on the following contact numbers:

Note:
1. Textbooks already distributed among the students for study, may be recollected after completion of their examination.
2. Decisions of the Provincial Cabinet meeting notified on 26th January, 2024, must be followed.
3. The receiver must have authority letter alongwith original CNIC and demand.
4. Class-IVs are not allowed to receive the Textbook.

Additionally, only authorized personnel with a valid authority letter, original CNIC, and demand documents will be allowed to receive the textbooks.
