SUBJECT- POSTING /TRANSFER OF BASIC HEALTH UNIT (BHU) AND RHC TO THEIR DOMICILE DISTRICT /UNION COUNCIL
Reference to Health Department Letter No SO (Secret)/HD/4-4/2024 dated 26.08.2024 on the above cited subject and to enclose herewith a copy of letter No SO(SS)/CMS/KP/2-Health/2024/1566 dated 30-07-2024 forwarded by Chief Minister’s Secretariat Khyber Pakthtunkhwa, Peshawar regarding recruitment against various posts i.e. BPS-15 and below in BHUs & RHUs made on the basis of Domicile of the respective District/ Union while candidates appearing in ETEA test are clearly affected that these posts are meant foe is specific district/ union council but after selection these candidates are transferred to their desired districts resultantly, the posts fall vacant or staff from other districts are posted which is clear cut deviation from the policy/ rules. The Honorable Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has taken serious notice and to direct all such candidates selected on the basis of their domicile of their concerned districts and serving outside be immediately re-posted / transferred to their domicile district/ union council
Foregoing in view, it is hereby directed to furnish list of all employees (BPS-l5 and below) who is non-resident and fall under the said observation and submit to this directorate within 07 days positively for onward submission to the quarter concerned
