Dear Sir,
In order to promote transparency and to have an overlook and effective check upon the utilization of funds given at the disposal of District & Sessions Judges/ Senior Civil Judges (Civil Division) under the head of repair and maintenance of official vehicles and medical expenses for the Judges of District Judiciary Punjab, the Hon’ble Chief Justice has been pleased to direct that henceforth the details of expenses claimed by and reimbursed to a Judge of District Judiciary shall be forwarded to this Directorate at the end of each calendar month.
