Subject: REVISION OF RENTAL CEILINGS FOR HIRING OF RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION AT SIX SPECIFIED STATIONS I.E. ISLAMABAD, RAWALPINDI, LAHORE, KARACHI, PESHAWAR AND QUETTA.
                       I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to say that the competent authority has desired that Estate Office, Islamabad, may conduct a comprehensive survey of the market rent rate of residential accommodations at six specified stations viz Islamabad /Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar & Quetta and submit survey report for enhancement/revision of rental celling.
2.                    Estate Office is, therefore, directed to conduct market rent survey at all specified stations and submit report/recommendations to this Ministry within one week at the earliest.
