Subject:              ARRANGEMENTS FOR SIGHTING THE MOON OF SAFAR 1446 A. H /2024.

Sir,

I am directed to say that the meetings of Zonal/District Ruet-e-Hilal Committees for sighting the Moon of Safar 1446 A.H / will be held In-Shaa-Allah, in the evening of Monday the 5^th August, 2024 corresponding (29^th Muharram ul Haram 1446 Hijri) at their respective Headquarters. Chairman Central Ruet­e-Hilal Commence will attend the meeting Zonal Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, Islamabad in the office of Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony, Kohsar Block, Pak Secretariat, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad, whereas the other members of Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee will join the meetings of their respective Provincial / District Ruet-e-Hilal Committee.

3.                     The Chairman Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee will announce the decision of crescent sighting or otherwise subsequently on the basis of information received to this end.
