Subject:           SUGGESTIONS REGARDING MISSING NECCESARY INFORMATIONS IN REGISTERED SALE DEEDS EXECUTED THROUGH E REGISTRATION AT SUB REGISTRAR MITHI

I have the honor to submit that the undersigned is currently posted as Mukhtiarkar Revenue Taluka Chachro, District Tharparkar. It is brought to your kind attention that an E-Registration Center has recently been established at Mithi by the Board of Revenue Sindh, Hyderabad for the registration of landed properties falling within the limits of District Tharparkar.

In this regard, it is submitted that this office has received registered sales deeds executed at the Sub-Registrar office, Mithi, through the E-Registration. Upon review, some deficiencies with regard to particulars in the documentation have been observed. The missing information/particulars are outlined as follows:

1. The Previous Entry Number/Reference of the record title entry of seller is not mentioned.
2. The Outward Registrar Number of the sale certificate under which the registration was executed is not indicated.
3. The shares of both the seller and the purchaser are not shown.

The above-mentioned details are crucial for maintaining accurate records of rights while effecting mutations.

It is therefore submitted along with copy of the subject registered sale deed for your kind perusal and information as to address these discrepancies for smooth and in chain maintenance of record of titles as required.
