NOC Mandatory for Engagement of School Staff in External Assignments – Notification

SUBJECT:        NOC TO ASSIGN DUTIES OF STAFF (TEACHING/NON-TEACHING)

I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to state that staff (teaching / non-teaching) from schools are being engaged with the District Administration to perform different assignments / duties, likewise, for registration of people on Socio Economic Registry, the staff from schools were engaged which is reportedly still working on it. Due to which, the main assignment of imparting education to the students is suffering badly.

2.                     I am directed to request to please relieve all such staff from this duty so that they can report to their places of postings.

3.                     I am further directed to request that in future, whenever services of staff (teaching / non-teaching) are required by your good office for any assignment / duty, it is necessary to get No Objection Certificate (NOC) from School Education Department, Govt. of the Punjab to avoid any inconvenience.
