No.S&GAD/A-16(4)2024: The President, Azad Jammu &Kashmir has been pleased to accord approval for appointment of Brigadier Irfan Ahmed, (PA-103310) as Ex-officio Secretary Health Department: subject to the following terms &conditions:
- AJ&K Civil Secretariat, Muzaffarabad will be Headquarters of the Secretary Health.
- The ACRs/PERs of the officer will be initiated by the Chief Secretary.
- Tour programmes and relieve will also be approved by the Chief Secretary.
