Notification-Appointment Of Faisal Karim Kundi As Governor Of The Province Of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Subject:          APPOINTMENT OF MR. FAISAL KARIM KUNDI AS GOVERNOR OF THE PROVINCE OF KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA

              In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 101 of the Constitution, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, has been pleased to appoint Mr. Faisla Karim Kundi as Governor of the Province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Oath of Office of the Governor designate will be administered by the Chief Justice of the Peshawar High Court, Peshawar.

2.               The Commission of Appointment in respect of Mr. Faisal Karim kundi is enclosed. It will be read out at the swearing-in-ceremony, before the Oath of Office is administered to the Governor designate. The draft Oath of Office is also enclosed, which will be signed by the Governor and the Chief Justice of the Peshawar High Court. Date on the Commission of Appointment may be added before the Oath taking ceremony.

3.         The actual time and date of assumption of office by the Governor may please be intimated to the Cabinet Division on Fax No. 051-9201357, for the issuance of necessary notification.
