SUBJECT:     DEPARTMENTAL PROMOTION COMMITTEE MEETING.

Please find enclose herewith a copy of letters No.0-6-Estt/2024 /994 dated 03-05-2024, received from Additional Commissioner-II, Commissioner Office Larkano. The meeting of Departmental Promotion Committee is to be held on 10-05-2024 at 11-00 a.m under the Chairmanship of Commissioner Larkano Division, to consider the promotion cases in following categories.

1. Junior Clerk (B5-11) to the post of Senior Clerk (BS-14)
2. Tapedar (BS-09) to the post of Supervising Tapedar (BS-11).
3. Promotion cases of Lower Staff to the post of Junior Clerk as per prescribed ratio/policy.
